Our commitment
Hands of Life Home Care LLC wants every visitor — including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or voice control — to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
What this site includes
- A “Skip to main content” link and clear heading structure on every page.
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus outlines.
- Text alternatives for images and labelled form fields with clear error messages.
- An accessibility menu (the round button at the bottom-left) to enlarge text, raise contrast, highlight links, add text spacing, stop motion, switch to grayscale or enlarge the cursor.
- A light / dark mode switch, and animation that respects your device’s “reduce motion” setting.
- A highly legible typeface (Atkinson Hyperlegible) designed for low-vision readers.
